My visit there was outstanding. The service advisor and service was nothing but the best. People were really courteous, polite and attentive to the job at which I came in for and also made me aware of a seatbelts recall which they also took care of at that time. Then they washed my truck. I'm very satisfied with McDavid service department.

I have always gotten good service at McDavid. My most recent experience was especially good as my service rep Cody was very knowledgeable about my service and warranty contract and made things very easy and painless. He was super with followup and status as well. He really went the extra mile to take care of me.
