After my initial negative experience with the sales and financial departments when I bought my NEW 2015 Escape in May 2017, I swore I'd never go to McDavid Ford ever again. A few weeks ago the Oil Change Needed message popped up on my dashboard while coincidentally driving past McDavid Ford. I knew I needed the 20,000 mile maintenance service so I thought I'd just go in there and see what it would cost. That was my only intent but the initial contact person I spoke to told me they could do it right away and would take less than an hour so I thought I'd give you one last try. I was pleasantly surprised how efficient the service was. My only complaint was it took a little longer than I was told, which isn't really a big deal.

Serves Rep was courteous and helpful. Service was performed professionally and promptly. Cost was reasonable for th service provided. Cashier personnel were courteous and facilitated a smooth, hassle free, payment for services rendered.
