Was my first time here and I liked the ease in which a Text notified me of what the recommended services for my vehicle were. Had to return to the dealership b/c a flashlight was left under my hood but the service department made it right by filling up my gas tank for my inconvenience.

At first I was apprehensive about using your service again because of a past service experience. But McDavid Ford stepped up to the plate and did a fine job. I needed my truck back within seven days for a cross country trip and they had it back in five days after a major rebuild. I will use them again for all my preventive maintenance and repairs.
