This is the third vehicle our family has purchased from Spiridon Athanasiou in the last 4-5 months. We have absolutely loved working with him! He is very easy to work with and makes the whole process very enjoyable. The biggest thing I have is dealing with a "slimy car salesman" and I never got that feeling whatsoever! Your receptionist is absolutely precious!! Her and I had a great talk, and I made sure that I knew that she was the one that was actually running everything! LOL! Christina in Finance was awesome! Very professional! I really appreciated that she didn't try to push us to buy all of the extra stuff. She offered but let us make the decision.

I am only rating 5-star for Sloan Fine and Brian Bertschy working with them was awesome, I sent hem pictures of our existing truck, asked me what I would like to put on the new truck and right before they started, they confirmed again. The signing of the papers for paying cash felt a disaster, waited an hour before I was called in there, I know the person was new but and I do not like to shine light on it, we all have to start somewhere. As that was done, I was checking the paperwork sending a picture to our lady that handles the fuel card and will request insurance card and the VIN # was wrong, so I had to wait another thirty minutes for that to be done.

My experience was bad. I didn't get the notice for the recall of my vehicle and I'm experiencing same the problems of the recall and I'm told both can be done about that. Now I'm stuck with a car that doesn't work for problems Ford has acknowledged responsibility for. It's actually a disservice to the consumers.

We had a great experience with our salesman, Spiro. He was very helpful and communicative from the start. I was able to provide most info needed before arriving at the dealership so the process was very simple.
