Guy at the service department was awesome and took care of me in a timely manner. Once I got into my vehicle I noticed oil finger prints on the inside of my truck and told him about it, He quickly apologized even though it was clear that it wasn’t his fault and cleaned up the oil prints.

This is the 2nd new family vehicle we have purchased in the last 6 month's. Both are from McDavid Ford. Miles helped us out on both of them, and if I need another vehicle in the future I would be asking for him again. Jason also helped us out on this last purchase because Miles was with another buyer. My Service Manager was friendly, knowledgable and quickly got my F150's oil changed. Becuase I didn't have an appointment I was expecting to be there for 2 to 3 hours. However, this was not the case. I was in and out in an hour! In addition to the service manager, the lady who I paid, was very friendly and quickly processed my payment. I was expecting
