The communication through the whole process was really good. We finished the deal at the dealership, and it went very smooth, the deal we made online was never changed, and the ending numbers were actually better than estimated. Bought a nice truck in 8/31. As of today, 9/11, I still don’t have any paperwork and still can’t even set up my payments. I still need my 2nd key fob and need a mat for the wireless charger in the front center console.
