Easy to schedule a time to see the car and easy to purchase. When I picked up my license plates I was told I could pull into the service center and someone would help me put them on. I went over and one person was there, but working on a car and I waited for someone to come out for a few minutes and finally had to leave. Other than that, a great experience!
