This was a great dealer experience! I started the buying process online and was almost immediately contacted by a live sales person, Spiro. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The communication through the whole process was really good. We finished the deal at the dealership, and it went very smooth, the deal we made online was never changed, and the ending numbers were actually better than estimated. I drove two hours out of my way to deal with David McDavid Ford, and it was well worth it. I'm extremely happy with my new Expedition Max Limited.

Bought a nice truck in 8/31. As of today, 9/11, I still don’t have any paperwork and still can’t even set up my payments.I still need my 2nd key fob and need a mat for the wireless charger in the front center console.
