Brought my 2021 F150 in for a recall on the backup camera. Told it would take up to an hour. It was 5.5 hours! Also, the tech moved the seat all the way back, down and reclined it. When the truck was brought out, the seat was left the way he had adjusted it. That was Wednesday, it is now Saturday and I have yet to get the seat back where I had it. If he had just moved it back it wouldn’t be a problem.

Had an appt for 2 weeks for a recall (plus other stuff). Did not have parts on hand for recall.work. Had to order. Back ordered. Waste of time. Took 1.5 days to diagnose 1 issue. So much for appointments.
