We had a very good experience while we were buying our vehicle but the next day after we purchased our Expedition i needed to speak with someone and left voicemails no one would return my call and had to call multiple times and finally demand to talk with the GM to get the odometer paper emailed to us for our trade in.

Everything was awesome, from the first call until I left the dealership in a new truck. Since then is a different story. My truck had spray in bedliner on the sticker that I paid for and I can’t get anyone to return a call to have that done.
