you got 5 stars because of branden smith the level of mechincal service was what any ford dealership should provide branden did what your other service advisors have never done keeping me up to speed on a daily basis, he had a long list of service items he even got all the recalls done not to mention he got everything done a day early you might want to keep branden as happy as possible if he goes to another ford dealer i will follow him if branden can keep up this level of customer service i might buy another ford, if ford can raise their level of quality my ford owner experience the last 4 years has been poor at best because the escape quality if you check, you will find i bought the escape & the ranger on the same day from you guys branden is doing his part, ford needs to wake up and do theirs doug schultz, 817.880.5990
