Dealership was clean. My salesperson was friendly and helpful. It was still the typical "dealership experience". "I have to check with my manager" etc...the whole hurry up and wait tactics that make dealerships hated. I've never met anyone who likes going to buy a car.

Luke Graves did a great job selling me a car. No pressure. Accommodating to my requests to see several different cars which were advertised on the McDavid website. He clearly has experience dealing with customers.
