This was the easiest vehicle purchase. We worked out a deal over the phone. We were only at the dealership for less than an hour from start to finish.

This was the second time I've worked with Karl Brown. Both times I spoke to him about what I was looking at specifically and had conversations about my needs before decide to drive from Lindale. If and when the need arises again, and if he's still there I'll be back.

When we went to the dealership, we were either going to trade in my truck, which was currently in their service department, or pick it up. We were looking at the Broncos specifically. We met Karl, and he was super informative, helpful, understanding, patient, willing, and most importantly, not pushy. He answered all the questions we had. We test drove. He showed us all the features, even connected my phone for me, and made sure I knew how it worked. Informed us on all the add-ons that come with purchasing a Bronco or any customization we may be interested in. The whole process was comfortable. There was a ding on the vehicle before purchase. He worked with me to get that addressed. Followed up to see if we had additional questions and made sure we were able to remain in contact for anything that may pop up, and we are unsure of. I would highly recommend Karl Brown for your next car purchase.

We had a wonderful experience, this was largely due to Ray. He was incredibly kind and helpful! Which made a world of a difference. I have never had such a great experience in a typically high-stress setting of having your vehicle fixed. Communication was top tier, I was offered help with moving my things out of my vehicle into the rental, and updated regularly. Additionally, Jordan with Experian was also wonderful to work with! Both of these men deserve a raise. Due to Ray and Jordan, my husband and I plan on only shopping for/servicing our vehicles at this location and encouraging all of our family and friends to shop with ya’ll. My husband is due for a new truck soon, looking forward to getting us a new King Ranch f250 with yall!

Fantastic experience! Purchased my first truck with them in 2022 and went back to buy my second one and went just as smoothly as the first
