This was the first positive experience I have had with McDavid Ford Service in a long time. It wasn't perfect but overall positive. I was in and out in an hour. No car wash but service was quick.

Karl was very knowledgeable on Mach-Es. He was even helpful with questions over the phone a few days after my purchase.

Karl was a tremendous help. He guided me through the features of both models I was considering, explaining and demonstrating everything clearly. Thanks to his thorough explanations, I was able to confidently decide on the specific trim I wanted. He was patient and never made us feel rushed, which was greatly appreciated. I absolutely love my new car, and Karl's invaluable help made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
