The service was great, although more costly than expected, however when I initially tried to make an appointment to get the oil changed on my 2023 Escape, the online app made the appointment for the car I traded in last July.

I arrived in the checkin line and was promptly greeted. The gentleman looked at my outstanding service items and the coupon you sent me, and he got it all entered in his computer. He gave me an accurate timeframe for completion and when I went to check out everything on the invoice was correct including the coupon. He was nice and professional throughout the interaction.

William Franco was especially helpful and easy to communicate via text with my schedule.

Repair was faster than I expected.

Overall the service was great. Our service advisor (Branden) was great. He kept coming up to us apologizing for the delay in service of the expedition. We bought a tire and they put it back on. We were there for 2 hours, and were the first ones there; but still took 2 hours due to suddenly being “swamped”.
