It was quick and easy, which I like. I called before we drove out to ask if the Truck was available and was told it was. Tek had the Truck waiting on us. Took a quick drive and decided to take it. Was there at the dealership for only 2 1/2 hr. and on the way home. Vehicle is beautiful and the prettiest Truck I've ever owned. 100 miles to the dealership but worth the drive. Loads of vehicles on the lot.

This was the easiest and best experience I've had with the service department.

Everyone was helpful. But 1 thing bothered me we were told that an service inspection was done before our purchase and struts and tires replaced. But I also asked for a copy of the work order and promised by finance, and 2 salesmen. I never received the report . Hmmm are we hiding something. Time will tell I suppose. I just don't care for empty promises. That is all.
