Visit took a little longer than expected; everything except signing was done online prior to visit. Beside that, all was good.

There was a miscommunication when I asked about a fifth wheel hitch. The gentleman I was working with named Leo was good. They do try to help you get what you need and want but it makes me think. A goose ball set with anchors was $995, when I bought almost the same size for $250 at camping world. I don’t know if that is a Ford thing or a McDavid Ford thing to charge $995 for that? They did take it off but the price seem to be the same quoted. I will highly recommend for people not to get the matts that come with the pick up. I tried to readjust myself and I almost hit a car when the Matt slipped off the clips and hit the brakes. I did speak with them and they said they will reimburse me for the mats for $495. I will be waiting for the check. Besides those few things that they might not have control of, they were great. Especially Leo. When I buy another pick up, I will be coming back to Mc David Ford.
