The sale went well, but service is ridiculous. They never answer the phone. They seem to be unavailable alot. And they seem to all go to lunch at the same time. I don't live close, and I had to come back twice to get done what I needed. They didn't check my lights so I had to get new bulbs after my purchase. Bryce (I think that was his name) stepped in when my sales guy was MIA. Luke was nice, but not super responsive to texts. And I sat at a table for probably half an hour and only one person asked if I had been helped. I think I will go back to Toyota next time.

We drove in at approximately 4 PM, was met outside by sales professional, Steven Morris, and immediately talked about the one (1) vehicle I was interested in that I had seen on your website. The vehicle didn't happen to be on your lot at the time, but Steven went and got it, I looked at it and bought it. I've been buying vehicles for 45 years, I didn't need to drive it and there was no need to hassle and haggle back and forth too much over price. We were out of there about 8 PM

My visit was excellent and my service advisor was great! My only complaint is that I was in for my 40,000 mile maintenance that I had purchased when I bought my vehicle. The service advisor called to tell me my coupon had expired days earlier. I have looked at the coupon book and I can not see anywhere on the coupons that they expire. I did see something about an expiration for the 1Direct or something like that; however, unless you may be well-versed with the programs, how is a person with a coupon book that has coupons with no expiration printed on them to know that those coupons expire by time regardless of mileage?? I think this is a major flaw in the program and borders on fraudulent misdirection. The coupons should be printed with expiration dates to make the program completely clear.
