Spoke with Jesse through AutoTrader. He was tied up the only day I was able to make it in so I dealt with Mark and he was awesome. He was energetic, knew his cars and communicated well.

McDavid's agent that greeted me was AWESOME. Time in and out was great, BUT< while driving Saturday morning (1 day later) My wife hates noise in our truck. Even I am not partial to noises. But after searching she found the noise. 2 screws were laying in the small ledge of the glove compartment. Apparently when I had my cabin filter replace the technician did not re-install the 2 screws. I would like to just drive in to maintenance and get them installed with out waiting long, say 5 minutes at the most. What say you? My name is Brian Wall (Cell: 817-296-3019). I know the 2 screws will not cause me to breakdown on the road but none the less they should have been installed. I work on military fighter aircraft, 2 screws can knock a fighter aircraft out of the sky. I truly expect the same from McDavid Ford maintenance team.
