I was happy with the people that helped me. They were friendly, helpful and courteous. However I was not happy that it would take 2 weeks or more to have a technician look at my car. AND there are no loaner or rental cars available for 2 months.

I have been looking for a specific vehicle for sometime. It popped up online at your dealership last week. When I inquired about it, I was told someone else was buying it online. The next day, the sales person called and said it had come available again and that he would hold it for me. My wife and I drove down Saturday and worked with Luke on the purchase. Between Luke and the finance person, Josh, the process was very simple. We drove home Saturday with our new vehicle and so far, we’re very pleased. I would highly recommend McDavid Ford to anyone.
