Always great experience. I always have to wait on my vehicle and usually only takes a couple of hours before it’s ready to go. The service crew always does a thorough job checking everything before needing my approval before replacing or servicing my vehicle.

Initially, when we were looking at a used car on the lot, Sam, the salesperson, kept leaving us. It was a strange experience. We made an appointment for the next day at 5:00pm so we could do some research on the car. We found the exact same car (VIN # was exactly the same) on the internet for almost $6000 less than the lot price. We bought the car at the internet price. If we had not done some homework we would have badly overpaid for the car.

Dropped off my 2023 F-150 Hybrid which gave me a battery service notice since I bought it at year end 2023. It had not failed to start, but I kept getting these notices. I left it with Brandon at 7:30 am on 3/22/24 who got it in for evaluation. Both batteries were defective and were replaced in time for me to pick up the vehicle late that afternoon. There was no charge.
