I saw the truck we were interested in online and called ahead about it. When I arrived, our salesman was prepared and knowledgeable about the vehicle, even though it was a GMC and not a Ford. He respected my wishes to only discuss pricing in terms of cash out the door of the vehicle (I did not want to hear anything about payments). He was also respectful when I left the dealership and came back with my husband (sometimes I have found salespeople don’t make you feel comfortable walking out the door if a sale isn’t final). When talking to the finance guy, he was respectful when we said we didn’t want any extended warranty programs. I do wish he didn’t have to ask like 10 times if we are “totally sure” we didn’t want the extra coverage, but I understand that’s his job. All in all, I felt like we got a great deal and we still love the truck and we’re happy with our buying experience.

Daniel and Tobi really took care of me. They didn’t promise anything that they couldn’t, and they were really fair on their negotiations highly recommend them to the next customers.
