The guys were so good they won me back as a customer.

The Service Advisor was very professional and handle my request easily. While I set up my appointment previously by phone for 7:30AM, Blade, the SA, told me that the mechanic who does alignments wouldn't be in until 8AM, and he may already be working on a vehicle. I told Blade the reason I picked the first time of the day was that we had a doctor's appointment at 10:30AM. Blade said he will do what is necessary to get us to that appointment. And he did. Kudos to Blade, and to David McDavid Ford.

The salesman Karl Brown was excellent and worked with me to find the right vehicle for my budget, terms, financing and selection.
