Tek was awesome, but it took longer than I wanted. We agreed on the price of the new truck before I left the house, so it shouldn’t have taken 4 hours to finalize the deal. I’m sure the timeframe is part of creating buyers fatigue, but mind games don’t work on me.

Service writer and his commitment to provide excellent customer service is why I continue to return to this dealership. The service dept makes or breaks a dealership for me. No one has to work to sell me a vehicle. I want honesty, transparency and a service dept that does good work.

Love my new vehicle. However, the price and "dealer installed options" negotiation process was not fun.

I came in to buy a truck and I left with a truck. The process is long and took the whole day, which is expected. I wish I had gotten more clarity on How I can expect my bill to come through. Additionally, I wish my DEF and Tire Air Pressure were filled up prior to me leaving.
