Quick service. Good communications. Clear explanation of the work done on my car and what needed to be followed up on.

Tek was awesome, but it took longer than I wanted. We agreed on the price of the new truck before I left the house, so it shouldn’t have taken 4 hours to finalize the deal. I’m sure the timeframe is part of creating buyers fatigue, but mind games don’t work on me.

Service writer and his commitment to provide excellent customer service is why I continue to return to this dealership. The service dept makes or breaks a dealership for me. No one has to work to sell me a vehicle. I want honesty, transparency and a service dept that does good work.
