I made an appointment to get a recall for the wiper motor on my Bronco and when I arrived the tech was not there so I made another appointment for the recall. They later called and said that a mobile technician would come to my house to fix the recall and he arrived an hour early to complete the recall fix.

Besides the process taking too long and costing too much, the work was good and the service was friendly.

The service was efficient, well communicated, and honored all commitments made by the dealership and service department.
