I was just having my truck inspection completed. A service provider called and offered the vallet service. This was the 1st time I had ever heard of it and used it. The gentleman that picked up my truck and returned it was very nice and polite. I just wish there would have been better communication with me on the status of my vehicle. My truck was picked up at 10 a.m. and not returned until after 3 p.m. Based on conversion I had when I was called I was lead to believe it would not take that long. I could have easily just drove up there myself at 2 p.m. when I had an appointment and not been without a vehicle in the morning to run my errands.
