Karl Brown is the absolute best!!

I took my Malibu that I purchased at McDavid for an oil change and it was so easy! We felt taken care of by Kyle and the process took about an hour. We used the time to catch up on other errands and the car was left in great condition afterwards. I will always come to this dealership to get my car serviced :) Kydos to Kyle and Ty!

When we went to the dealership, we were either going to trade in my truck, which was currently in their service department, or pick it up. We were looking at the Broncos specifically. We met Karl, and he was super informative, helpful, understanding, patient, willing, and most importantly, not pushy. He answered all the questions we had. We test drove. He showed us all the features, even connected my phone for me, and made sure I knew how it worked. Informed us on all the add-ons that come with purchasing a Bronco or any customization we may be interested in. The whole process was comfortable. There was a ding on the vehicle before purchase. He worked with me to get that addressed. Followed up to see if we had additional questions and made sure we were able to remain in contact for anything that may pop up, and we are unsure of. I would highly recommend Karl Brown for your next car purchase.
