I got there about 6:35am. The service center lights were on. I waited until my appointment at 7am and was promptly assisted by Hayder Allami. I sat in the waiting area for about an hour. I received text notifications about any extra service that was recommended beyond why I was there. I was there for an oil change. Hayder came to get me and tell me my truck was ready. I forgot to mention to Hayder that I have an extended warranty that covers the oil change, so I was charged. When I got home, I was reminded that I have a warranty. A call was made to Hayder. He credited the card that I used and refunded the charge.

Me and my wife had purchased two vehicles 4 years ago at Mcdavids. The first time 4 years ago was a better experience than the the second experience. Sales man was great. We went to financing and had to go back in forth with the interest rate and play the game. Was planning on walking with the first rate at 9.55%. We finally got down to 6.5%. If that rate would have been presented the first time It would had made this a lot better experience. Felt as if I was being taken advantage of. I understand the dealer had to turn a profit, but I didn’t feel as if they were looking after my best financial benefit, instead looking to make huge profit. The actual price of the vehicle was plenty far. The fact that I was told by the sales manager that I had to buy the floor mats was a little bit of a turn off as well. Not sure we’ll be back for a future purchase. Not the same dealer as before.
