This dealer did not complain about fixing our transmission. Ford didn't push back either. We are thankful for this. If I could add a comment, please improve your customer status mechanism. I would like to get an idea and messages about where my vehicle is as I needed my truck. Luckily for you I had a backup farm truck. It took three weeks for the full repair. I feel bad for the poor mechanic as he has to disassemble the truck 3-4 times to fix the transmission. Please leave out this last part if you choose to share this review.
