I arrived with a TCA Maintenance service contract I had purchased with the new truck. It was misrepresented to me by the Finance Dept at time of purchase. Service Advisor HAYDER ALLAMI listened to my issue and rectified the matter to both my surprise and satisfaction. I emphasize that the actions taken by Hayder were responsible for my experience to be rated a Five (5). I appreciate his efforts to ensure a positive experience.

Jacob Ayer’s is the best salesman around! There were some difficulties in the process and he took initiative and found a way around it to make sure I was satisfied. He was very welcoming and nice. If you’re looking to buy a car I recommend Jake 110%. He was super chill but determined to find me the right vehicle under the terms I wanted!
