My experience with getting my oil changed at this ford dealership was all good, and they surprised me with a free oil change this time. Thank you McDavid Ford, I appreciate what you did in these very hard financial times for all of us, but especially for us retired folks on fixed income.

Came in for a used Jeep but the Jeep had issues so i purchased a used F150

The visit itself was good. Good communication, etc. However, I am disappointed in the scheduling. I referenced several recalls when booking and would have expected that to be known and parts ordered as needed versus me having to come back another day (it's not easy for me to drop my car). Additionally, the day AFTER my appointment, I received multiple coupons via email that sure would have saved me a lot of money at my appointment. Left a pretty sour taste after spending over $600.
