I called to have 2 recalls addressed, oil changed and tires rotated. It’s a 40 minute drive one-way. When I picked up my truck that’s when they informed me they could only address one of the recalls, because they were back ordered on parts to fix the axle. That would have been some good information to tell the customer before driving nearly 3 hours (drop off and pick up). Big waste of my time. They also didn’t wash my truck. Not sure if that is to be expected, but it’s common for other vehicles I own.

I recently experienced a blowout on one of the four brand-new tires I purchased. I did not add roadside coverage at the time of purchase, so I was very stressed and unsure of what to expect. Zack stepped in and truly went above and beyond to help me. Even though I didn’t have roadside protection, he made sure I was taken care of and helped me get a brand-new replacement tire. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist me during a stressful situation meant more than I can express. Zack demonstrated exceptional customer service and integrity. He treated me with respect and showed that he genuinely cares about customers, not just sales. Because of him, I will absolutely continue doing business here and will confidently recommend this dealership to others. Thank you, Zack, for your outstanding service and support! Overall service was okay however service advisor stated that they could not wash the car due to the sealant they installed for factory recall which is understandable. When we got the car it had been washed. Apparently no communication between car wash and service advisor. When we went to pick car up very difficult to find where you check out. Finally located several service advisors in one cubicle all on there phones. I stood there a few mins before one noticed I was staring at him. They all quickly put their phone up and was ready to help. I gave 5 stars because I know this isn't the norm for your dealship.

services were great. We did break a antenna when they washed the car, but y’all replaced it and no charge was a good job.
