Ruben Martinez was fantastic. When we first arrived with an issue that was properly fixed at Greenway Ford, he was very responsive and showed empathy and care. We were able to drop off the vehicle when we were headed out of town and he made sure the work was done right and kept me updated throughout the process. Definitely the best service advisor I have experienced.

Company used to spray bedlinner stole from my brand new vehicle (nothing major but most definitely not the point) and also had my volume and music changed to the highest setting. I now have crackling in my speakers on a new 26 raptor. Highly disappointed.
