I brought my car in for a recall. I scheduled an appointment and was told it would take 1 or 2 days. Well, it took over 4 weeks. I think maybe 6 weeks. The rep would not answer my texts from the number yall gave me to keep in touch. I called a few times and my rep said he would call me back but never would. Took care of what I went in for, but during my inspection they noted an active recall on my truck which I wish they would have told me about so they could have taken care of it. It’s a powertrain software update.

I couldn’t get a response in two days. I finally gave up and picked up my truck with no work done

Kept my truck for one and half days and did not have a tech look at it. Did not return several messages and calls. Was never told how long it would take What good is it to make an appointment? I had to come get it because I needed it.
