We came in for an appointment we made the night before on your service web site. We met Ruben Martinez at the service desk to get an oil and filter change on our 2013 350 super duty 6.7L . He was great to work with, did some other service checks and recommendations. I appreciated his professionalism and that he listen to my needs and concerns.

Ruben my advisor was awesome. Appreciate his customer service, his communication & his timely delivery on getting my car fixed.The technicians on the other hand were not satisfactory. Lies about my battery testing good. Lied about a noise coming from vehicle after fixed. I will no longer take my vehicle to this ford to get fixed. There's never a smooth sail when dropping it there for repairs.

Started good. Service advisor Raul came in selling me that when he speaks, the service techs listen and led me to believe my car would be taken care of as early as that day, when I came in at 7 am. Come 6ish pm I texted the number that texted me saying this was where I could talk and get updates (from a Caesar?) to which I recieved no response. I then called the service department and instead of being able to talk to a person I was forwarded to an automated machine to leave a message. I understood it’s the holidays and relayed as such but the only “transparency” I was given was that there was a holiday lunch that day. I just had one myself, mine lasted 45 minutes. I walked in the next day and finally forced actual transparency to find out my car wouldn’t be touched for at least a couple days and decided to go elsewhere. I felt like he was dishonest just to get my car in the shop and hoped I’d be too apathetic to stay on top of the process. Had he bee completely honest from the get go I would have been able to make a better choice of service availability and dropped my car off a few days later, but because I feel like I was seen as nothing more than a walking wallet to take from, that disrespect and dishonesty cost him and you my business.

Didn’t wash car because of lift on back. Charged more than I was told upfront for oil change. Put wrong mileage on when oil needs to be changed . Put 115,000 odometer has 119,000 plus on it!

Went in for blowout on a tire from road hazard and I was not denied a new tire under the road hazard warranty that I paid $962 forThe the length of the tires. They still had good tread on them, but yet the Ford dealership denied me. I am going to call Ford motor Credit and let them be aware of it. Also, I canceled the contract on the Tires road hazard because this dealership is full of lies and deceit. I know this probably will not give a shit to anybody in that dealership. I have tried contacting the management they say there’s nothing they can do and I know I’ve been wrong, but I don’t have enough money to pay for it so I went to Discount Tires and bought a new tire and their warranty they stick to they replaced the tire no matter what but I had to buy a brand new tire and I was not gonna buy one from ,David McDavid Ford because they’re a bunch of liars and cheats. I will turn this into Ford Credit. I canceled my contract with the Ford dealership. They’re supposedly gonna send $362 back to Ford Credit where I own. I paid $962. I think it was for the lousy contract that they don’t want to honor that’s why I gave it the lowest rating I could possibly give you. I do no longer trust ,David McDavid Ford believe I will not buy anything from them. Has a lot better dealerships out there and I’ve always bought my vehicles even when it was Texas motor Ford I guess ,David McDavid doesn’t need my business

I made an appointment at 3 o’clock and by 7 o’clock it still had not been looked at. I needed my truck for the next day so I went ahead and picked it up.
