Ceasar was great!

I had a recall and my transmission went out on my car. I was happy to get it towed there before my appointment. I wasn't happy that for some reason my car and information was taken out of the system. So when I arrived they had to put in a new order so it took longer for my car to be fixed. Matthew took care of overseeing my car service. He reported back to me and made sure to stay in contact with me answering any questions I had. I did need my car early due to work and they got it fixed just in time and I'm really grateful for them.

Its fine except, everytime i call and make an appointment and tell them i want my recall fixed and that id wait. They say thats fine. Then when i get there they say they cant do it. And blame it on the call center.

Kyle was my advisor he was great! He made this whole stressful experience better. I really appreciate him keeping me informed throughout the whole process. He deserves a bonus or a promotion.
