Extremely accommodating due to my small time frame to have an oil change performed. My service advisor even had my truck delivered to me when it was inconvenient for him. This is how you take care of customers. I own an automotive collision facility and this is how I treat my customers. Great job everyone.

Possibly the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Took almost 4 weeks, twice as long as the estimate given as I thought two weeks was more than enough time as I had expressed that I needed the car back in two weeks. Cesar was impossible to get ahold of, had to call the service desk to get another advisor to help multiple times.
