In a word, exceptional. My service advisor was friendly, understood my concern and professionally handled the entire service experience. The technician provided exacting details as to the causes of vibration concern and recommended two tires be replaced, then reevaluate. While my truck vibration concern is not now resolved, I’ve every confidence Kyle and his team will see the concern resolved. The price for this stage of the process was fair. I look forward to enjoying their service on my behalf.

Satisfied with the replacement of the recall part, but very very dissatisfied with Ford on the handling of the loaner vehicle program within the recall. Service manager never got approval and was left without a vehicle for about 4 weeks. Would not recommend getting recall work without a vehicle in place if the recall allows it with DavidMcDavid Ford.
