No. Communication. Trailer hitch wireing went missing. Did not fix

I've purchased 3 vehicles with David McDavid and this was the worst experience I've ever had with the service department, mainly with my advisor. I had to have the manager help because my advisor never communicated with me about my vehicle.

I bought a used Lincoln MKC. It still had a recall on the rear video camera that never been fixed. I came to mcdavid ford because the salesman at Jerry’s Chevrolet in burleson said mcdavid would be a much better place and even if they did it , it would take a long time with my car in the shop. It was a long day but you finished it in one day. I feel much safer. I would not hesitate to return there for any work done on my car. Thanks to Kyle in the front office for all of his help. I never met my mechanic. Great job. Love my new camera.
