We had a great experience with Grant! He was very communicative and worked to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. The issue was taken care of, along with a couple of recalls.

When making the appointment, advisor stated would be about 3-4 hour process. When showed for the appointment, the advisor said “due to the workload, do you need it back today?” Same day, but 7 1/4 hours later (5pm) received the call vehicle was ready. Appointments should have a priority in the service line.

It was good. Rep was cordial not necessarily friendly. One of the issues wasn’t resolved. Kept getting a “parking sensor fault”, they said the sensor was replaced but still getting the fault. I will need to go back in. It was ok.

Service Advisor was very helpful and polite. Greeted me promptly and sent me on my way.

Was told that I needed a new battery and bought one. Then my paper work said the battery tested ok. Did not notice until I got home. Took almost 2 hours to get the oil changed and a new battery that I did or did not need. What is the point of an appointment?
