We have purchased many vehicles from this dealership. We return for oil changes often and every time the fluids are not topped off as the website says. Literally the windsheild wiper fluid was empty. Made me think should I check to make sure the oil was change along with the filter?! This has happened in the passed that the original oil filter was put back on. But yet we keep coming back. I'm thinking maybe convenience isn't always better.

I took my Bronco for a recall service and they informed me that it would take a few hours. They offered to give me a courtesy ride back to my house and when it was completed they even drove it back to my house and parked it in my garage for me.
