We came in for an appointment we made the night before on your service web site. We met Ruben Martinez at the service desk to get an oil and filter change on our 2013 350 super duty 6.7L . He was great to work with, did some other service checks and recommendations. I appreciated his professionalism and that he listen to my needs and concerns.

2½weeks in with my used car I had check light on my car... so far David Mcdavid Sales associate has taken good care of the situation.

Ruben my advisor was awesome. Appreciate his customer service, his communication & his timely delivery on getting my car fixed. The technicians on the other hand were not satisfactory. Lies about my battery testing good. Lied about a noise coming from vehicle after fixed. I will no longer take my vehicle to this ford to get fixed. There's never a smooth sail when dropping it there for repairs.

Started good. Service advisor Raul came in selling me that when he speaks, the service techs listen and led me to believe my car would be taken care of as early as that day, when I came in at 7 am. Come 6ish pm I texted the number that texted me saying this was where I could talk and get updates (from a Caesar?) to which I recieved no response. I then called the service department and instead of being able to talk to a person I was forwarded to an automated machine to leave a message. I understood it’s the holidays and relayed as such but the only “transparency” I was given was that there was a holiday lunch that day. I just had one myself, mine lasted 45 minutes. I walked in the next day and finally forced actual transparency to find out my car wouldn’t be touched for at least a couple days and decided to go elsewhere. I felt like he was dishonest just to get my car in the shop and hoped I’d be too apathetic to stay on top of the process. Had he bee completely honest from the get go I would have been able to make a better choice of service availability and dropped my car off a few days later, but because I feel like I was seen as nothing more than a walking wallet to take from, that disrespect and dishonesty cost him and you my business.

Didn’t wash car because of lift on back. Charged more than I was told upfront for oil change. Put wrong mileage on when oil needs to be changed . Put 115,000 odometer has 119,000 plus on it!

I made an appointment at 3 o’clock and by 7 o’clock it still had not been looked at. I needed my truck for the next day so I went ahead and picked it up.
