Didn’t check air in tires again ..Everything else was good..!

Arrived at 830 for brake noise after I had all brakes and rear rotors replaced there a few months ago. Did not end up leaving until about 2pm, almost 6 hours.I still have brake noise, just a little less than before.Wasted day for nothing.I’ve had old cars with less break noise than this truck after a service there.

I have always enjoyed getting my car serviced at your dealership. I feel y’all do a good and fair job, and tell me what services are most pressing. But this time when I went to check out, there was a “miscellaneous fee” for $31. When I asked, they said a “shop fee” for using the lifts and other things. That is ridiculous. A $65 oil change turned into a $100 oil change! Fortunately, they took off that hidden charge.So I was a little upset and a lot perplexed when I went out to my car. And then Insaw that my car had not been vacuumed or washed (they have always done those services in the past when getting my car worked on) and the tool they used to rotate my tires was just stuck in the center console. They did not even return it to the glove box where I keep it.I was disappointed in this appointment. And to be honest, I don’t trust y’all anymore not to put hidden fees on my bill. I am not certain I will return.

I still have not receive a call from them and I have left messages. It has been over 2 weeks
