Brought my Bronco Sport for its 40k mile check up and an oil change. Great service from checking the car in and getting back in a timely manner. Rueben was my service POC and was very easy and pleasant to work with.

We had a great experience with Grant! He was very communicative and worked to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. The issue was taken care of, along with a couple of recalls.

When making the appointment, advisor stated would be about 3-4 hour process. When showed for the appointment, the advisor said “due to the workload, do you need it back today?” Same day, but 7 1/4 hours later (5pm) received the call vehicle was ready. Appointments should have a priority in the service line.

It was good. Rep was cordial not necessarily friendly. One of the issues wasn’t resolved. Kept getting a “parking sensor fault”, they said the sensor was replaced but still getting the fault. I will need to go back in. It was ok.
