Kyle was wonderful. He took great care to insure that I stayed informed about everything regarding the needed service on my vehicle and arranged for me a ride home so I didn’t have to sit at the dealership. I love David McDonald’s David’s service department.

I forgot the guys name, but soon as I pulled up and he walked to my truck, he was very friendly and funny. Cool guy. Decent experience in the waiting room as always EXCEPT, that when I got a text about other potential problems. One of the problems was a splash guard needed. At $45, I agreed, then the guy came out and said there was a mistake. He noticed i agreed to the repair. BUT, that was only the labor price and not the actual price. I don't think that was fair, isn't that false advertisement. It's not my problem the pricing was wrong. In grocery stores, if the price is wrong, they give it to you for that price, even though they messed up. That was really irritating. I started to escalate this, but knew they'd come with some bs to why I can't get it for that price. Maybe I'll take it up to corporate. Other than that, it was a decent experience
