Possibly the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Took almost 4 weeks, twice as long as the estimate given as I thought two weeks was more than enough time as I had expressed that I needed the car back in two weeks. Cesar was impossible to get ahold of, had to call the service desk to get another advisor to help multiple times.
