Excellent start to finish, but my 2018 F150 already needed $1200 in work with 85k miles, the extended service agreement, ($1000) was worth nothing . I rated a 1 when I bought the truck. The experience was lousy. I’ll never buy Ford again. The service department was excellent though.

Cesar was great!! He made sure I knew what was happening with my vehicle and why it was needed. I only let David McDavid Ford service my last Ford and will only let you guys service this one. I drive 40 minutes to get to you guys because I trust the work your shop does.

We had a glitch with our Explorer's computer. Our Service Rep, Kyle, got it taken care of and let us know promptly the pickup time. I didn't have transport so Gabriel picked me up to get the car. Can't say enough and kudos to the personnel at David McDavid.

This was my first time at McDavis service department and Ray was professional, responsive and got my vehicle repaired quickly. The car wash on delivery was a special treat. Very impressed!

Ray was very professional. Documented my concerns accurately and everything seems to have been repaired properly.
