The service representative was efficient and friendly. The room in which I waited was clean and pleasant.

I have been coming for service for at least 4 years and have never had to wait so long for a “works” service. I even bought my current truck here less than a year ago. I had an appointment. When I pulled up to the garage, nobody came out to talk to me for at least 10 minutes. I had to wave somebody down. Then, it took almost 2 hours just to do the oil change and tire rotation. It was not terribly busy either, I counted maybe 5 people in the waiting room. Very disappointing experience. Not sure I will be back for my regular service.

I'm so pleased by Grant. He was able to answer all my questions. He very professional and polite. Grant deserves a raise. He is worth all and more. I appreciate all he has done. Please take good care of Grant. Thank you so much.

Dylan was extremely helpful very attentive. He took the high-pressure out of buying new vehicle explained everything rather well and took care of us before middle and after the sale.
