I can’t remember the name of the young lady that first took the keys but she was fantastic. So helpful and found other items that could be done now versus a later trip. Saved me time and was very friendly.

I brought my car in on 3/5 noting the oil was somehow leaking as the engine had no oil registering on the stick. No obvious signs of oil leak as I was told. Returned on 5/2 with the same issue. There was NO oil in the car. Now this is the second time I’ve brought the car in for the same issue and I continue to have the same problem. The car showed 50% oil life yet not a stitch of oil. I’m not happy as this could effectively create an expensive problem that could result in the car no longer working. While the service by my advisor was excellent, my overall experience with the issue I’m having creates a poor experience. Further to that, I was driving out of town later that evening and couldn’t because of the oil leak problem. No loaner was available either for things I needed to do when I got back. The feedback once the car was ready basically said, yes, there is a leak. No new discovery there as this is why I’ve brought the car to McDavid Honda to correct. Now, we’re to drive the car for 1,000 miles and bring it back in for inspection. So frustrating and a huge imposition.
