I've used David McDavid for as long as they have been open in Frisco. I have bought 5 vehicles from them. Chris Ladd was my Service Advisor. I used him the time before and requested him this time. Chris did a great job of keeping me informed about my vehicle progress and walked me through what mx was completed on the car while we were waiting for the porter to bring it up. Unfortunately, for as good a job as Chris did, the Service Tech did a equally bad half-a$$ job on my vehicle. Came in for the Fuel Pump Recall. When returned, the Service Tech had left the rear seat mount close out panel laying behind the back seat and completely uninstalled. Both back seal front set clips were unhooked and in the way of the seat fore / aft adjustment handle and the front passenger door window was either left open in the rain or when they ran the vehicle through the car wash; the front passenger seat floor was wet and the door closure grab handle was full of water. Sadly, this has become the norm when any of our families vehicles are returned from this service department. Last time my daughter brought her Pilot in for service, she had to bring it back the next day to get the things fixed that the service tech messed up while her vehicle was there. I fixed my own issues this time, like normal, because I didn't want to risk another trip to the service department. It's unfortunate the dealership is so close to our house, because I would not recommend bringing a vehicle to your service department for any work.

Im satisfied everything except the waiting time that should be managed better.

Came there to test a car for my kid. We were greated and all wait for a bit and then we got to test the car. The experience of testing and sales man was o.k. we decided to came back and purchase the car just to found out the price conveniently went up for $1000 on a day of a purchase???? And just to mention we did call and said we are coming tomorrow to buy it and checked online and the price was still $ 9,999. So normali that is what we were expecting. Coming next day starting paper work suddenly the price is $10,900??? If that is not a robery in the middle of the day then I don't know what it is!!! If it were up to me we would walk out but since the car was for my kid we settle buy it that doesn't change the fact that you guys are low level to do something like that. There is defenetly no way that I ever consider you guys again and do make sure I will make sure that everyone knows how low you guys are going in cheating!!!!!

Salesperson Review Salesperson Kris Nordmeyer was wonderful to work with. Communication was clear, he was very easygoing, and he made the entire process smooth. I normally do not enjoy car shopping, but Kris’s personality and salesmanship were excellent. Finance Department Feedback I would have given a 5-star rating if not for the experience with the finance department. I was told the finance person would meet with me in about 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting two hours to finalize the transaction. When I finally met with him, he came across as entitled and could benefit from customer service training. Additionally, I had paid a $1,000 deposit two days earlier, and he was unaware of it, stating that I owed the full amount.
