Your crew did not reset coomputer to recalibrate after rotating tires. After 2 days with earking of low tire we think we finally got it reset. All tires had max air. I think they did to be more diligent. I was not happy

My experience is always good. However, this time it seemed especially excellent.I just came for a state inspection and the service advisor went out of his way to be kind.My service report indicates the advisor was TimmyTran.I had misplaced my insurance card and he was very patient as I went through all the paperwork I had with me. In fact, he walked away for a few minutes and did not hover over me.He didn't try to sell me any other work.When the inspection was done he came and got me instead of just sending a text message. Always a nice feature for an old lady like myself.He walked me to the bay to pick my car up and to my surprise my car had been washed.The bay was very full and my car was in the middle and would have been difficult for me to get it out. Mr. Tran asked me if I would like him to drive the car out of the bay. I was grateful for the help.

i had an appointment to change my oil and to get my emissions test for my car. I like how they always do a multi point inspection so I know how my car is doing every time I come in.My service advisor was not there so they had another advisor step in to take care of me and to get my service done. I can’t remember the name of the young lady that first took the keys but she was fantastic. So helpful and found other items that could be done now versus a later trip. Saved me time and was very friendly.
