If you are asking me about my visit for my Inspection, it was great. If you are asking me about the repair on my Honda Civic than I have to say it was a hassle. I was without my car for 2 months. I know that there was a hell storm in Frisco and a lot of the cars were damaged. That is why my it took so long to repair my car. I had to pay out of pocket for the rental since the insurance just covered one month. That is not okay. I understand that the Dealership wants their cars back so they can sell them but that the cars that are there for repair are pushed to the back is not okay.
