Had a specific problem that I explained to Darwin. He is an excellent service lead who attended to me as he understood my problem, set the expectation that my vehicle will be touched tomorrow despite I had an appointment at 1 pm on the day. Not his fault but this dealership McDavid Honda Frisco has this constant problem of overbooking in service appointments beyond their technicians capacity. Taking 1 star for the same reason and hope to see an improvement in my future visits. Customers have many choices but for trust reasons they come to McDavid Honda but it appears that customers loyalty is taken for granted and is valued low. Not good sign of so called dealership who takes pride in winning many regional awards. Anyway, thanks to Darwin who understood my issues and removed any diagnostic charges...
