it was very fast and great customer service in a timely manner. service advisor was very polite and kind.

had shocks and struts replaced and one part was out of stock. had a loaner car and parts showed next day.kelvin jones is always great to work with. i only work with him when i bring my cars in for service.

gabrielle did a great job processing my car for a brake job and brake fluid flush. she is very knowledgeable and friendly and is clearly motivated make her customers happy; i certainly am.

went in for warranty work, had other general maintenance done. warranty problem continued after pickup. returned car, got a loaner and was assured it was fixed the next day. original problem is still happening, have not had time to return.

expensive, but good. the customer service area has improved. the last several times i have waited almost 10 minutes before someone asked if they could help me. this has improved

gabby did a great job and kept me advised of how all the work was moving along. she was very helpful and knowledgeable also. when i had questions she responded quickly, and was very flexible in helping me solve a scheduling issue. i was very happy to have her as my service advisor, and would definitely ask specifically for her the next time i bring it in for service.
