Steven is a very honest, patient, and sincere sales. I trusted him and decided to purchase the car from him. He’s not pushy like other sales at different dealers that I went before him. Instead, he spend time on introducing the car itself, and showed me different options according to my preferences. I left my old car with him at the dealer’s parking lot for a week. It was well kept. I was not very comfortable with the cashier however. Maybe it was by the end of the day, she seemed not quite patient and not quite friendly, but I understand that she needed to go home on time. I like the way how Steven approaches customers. I fully trusted him.
