The finance department was amazing

SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT

arrived early and car was received promptly. service was performed in reasonable amount of time as i waited in a comfortable lounge with free coffee. i was informed of a failed battery load test which seemed reasonable since my battery was 8 years old. the battery was replaced in reasonable time and my car was washed before i drove off.

terrance did a fantastic job. i am not a fan of waiting on a finance guy to take his time to come sell me a warranty when i am paying cash. i responded to the survey with my displeasure on that aspect of the sale. apparently, my not being happy with writing on a finance option, when there is no financing to be done, other than write a check when i pick up the car in a week, means that terrance did poorly. that is not the case, your dealership has a flawed process that was made me 2 minutes from leaving and writing someone else a $45k check. in short, terrance did great, your processes need work.

Serviced was good. I thought that issue with the door should have be covered my the manufacturer.
