i had an appointment for an oil change. i was met by a customer service rep, took down the information. asked if i wanted a ride home or would wait in the waiting area. i chose to stay. enjoyed a very nice cup of tea.received updates on my cell, & the service mgr came for me when it was time to check out.my car was clean & ready to go as soon as i reviewed the paperwork. the entire experience was pleasant, & efficient.
